If you have been doing a lot of research about the SCENAR you will be puzzled by the number of SCENAR devices on the planet and all the various claims made. SCENAR stands for Self Controlled Energy Neuro Adaptive Regulation. It is a hand held healing device about the size of a mobile phone.
